Flue Gas "Zero Emission" Treatment Process Introduction

Flue Gas "Zero Emission" Treatment Process Introduction

By importing advanced purification techniques from overseas, STC has developed the large-scale MSW plant zero emission flue gas purification process in China. Process Flow: SNCR Denitration + Rotary Atomizer Semi-Dry Scrubber + Activated Carbon Adsorption + Slacked Lime Injection + Bag Filter + GGH1 + Wet Scrubber + GGH2 + SGH + SCR Denitration. After the purification process, the indexes of the emitted flue gas are far below the national standards (GB18485-2001), and are entirely superior to EU2000 Standards, which achieves nearly "zero emission" of pollutants.

The concentration of pollutants: SOx ≤ 10mg/Nm3, HCl ≤ 5mg/Nm3, NOx ≤ 50mg/Nm3, Smoke Dust ≤ 5mg/Nm3, Dioxins ≤ 0.05ng-TEQ/Nm3.
