Leachate Spray Treatment System Process Introduction

Leachate Spray Treatment System Process Introduction

Landfill leachate from MSWI plants is a kind of waste water which is high concentrated, chemically complex and hard to decompose. At present, issues such as high investment costs, huge covering areas, complex process, high operation and maintenance costs and difficultiesin concentrated solution treatment still exist in all advanced leachate treatment for nano-filtration, reverse osmosis and other membrane techniques.

The leachate spray treatment adopts the mode in which the landfill leachate is injected into the waste incinerator and treated by combustion. This method is acted as either a sufficient complement for the existing treatment method, or an effective way of concentrated leachate treatment. Meanwhile, this method can also deal with the excess temperature and serious coking of the furnace chamber, which are universal phenomena for domestic incinerators.

This leachate spray treatment system of STC is based on independent patent technologies. The system can automatically control the spray volume and furnace temperature without manual operation, and has been widely applied in waste incineration plants in China. STC can provide corresponding solutions tailored for different customer demands as well.
